Who wants to pay for shipping? Not our customers - so they never do.
At Canada Fine Filters, no matter what you order, shipping is always free, anywhere in the continental provinces of Canada. We ship with Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator and a number of other couriers, but we also offer the option of local pickup.
If you do choose local pickup, please login to your account and check your order's status before doing so. Orders typically ship within ten business days of ordering and arrive a short time after, depending on distance. Specialized items not listed on the site can vary in delivery times.
Unfortunately, due to significantly higher delivery costs, we have to charge a small, $15 fee to ship to Newfoundland, Prince Edward Island, Vancouver Island, the Territories and any islands requiring a boat or ferry to access.
PLEASE NOTE: We ship our products by courier and they could be damaged in transit. Please, do not sign for your order until you have ensured it is not damaged. We aren't able to replace damaged items that have been signed for.
Please send all returns with a printed copy of the invoice from your order, so that we know which order is being returned.
Returns need to be sent within 30 days of receiving the item.
For damaged items:
Please call or email us to make arrangements for damaged products. We'll provide you with a replacement of equal or lesser value, or you can get a full refund. Again, please contact us, so we can make proper arrangements.
If you've received an item, but it's not what you ordered:
Please call or email us, so we can get a replacement sent to you and arrange pickup for the wrong item. You also can choose to receive a full refund.
If you'd like to return an item, but it's not damaged, and it is the item you ordered:
Please contact us before returning an item. We might be able to help you with any problem you have with it. Once you have discussed the return with us, please send it to our address below. We will give you your choice of a refund, less a 25% restocking fee, or 90% of the order's value in store credit.
